Great experience, wonderful salesperson

It was very organized because of Black Friday shopping. Store Manager was taking names to make sure you were helped in the order when you walked in the store. Sale person was very helpful because I was in and out of the store in no time.

Sales people are very helpful and friendly in this store. They take as much time as you need to make sure you are satisfied.

Sales Associates were very nice. Inventory was decent some of the charms and clasps they were low on but overall ok. Went to Countryside Mall in Clearwater, Florida and the store seemed warm and stuffy. Other than that the store was clean and organized. Not a location I usually shop at. I would go back if I was in the area though.

I bought my sister a Pandora bracelet for her 61st birthday in June of this year and she passed away unexpectedly in September and I asked for it back. It wasn't large enough for my wrist and since it was like new they just did a return and purchase so it was a wash. I was so trilled. I am able to wear it and remember my sister daily with the Pandora bracelet.
