The salesperson, Alexandra is awesome in her knowledge of the products. She has put together over 5 bracelets for me, and, each was as good , and beautiful as the first. She is a great asset to the store.

Very friendly sales people in this store. They took the time to help me find the right pieces for my bracelet. More than one sales person was assisting me, they work hand & hand.

The price is too high. The store is well kept, and presented. However, the prices are too high for plated jewelry with cubic zirconia stones.

Purchased over $500 of the game of thrones collection and couldn’t get the souvenir box

I walk in the store speak”hello” No acknowledgement Kim was the closest I’m sure she heard me. I’m now standing at the counter and speak again still no acknowledgement from anyone except Alicia who was in the back of the store. Kim and the other associate who never even looked up still no acknowledgement. Alicia helped with the process of exchanging my damaged jewelry, she asked Kim a question and she gave her an attitude answering the question about how to process my exchange. Alicia came back over with the most pleasant attitude and continued giving me great customer service if it wasn’t for Alicia I wouldn’t have continued my exchange or purchased anything from this location, Alicia was great and under valued by the other two rude associates. Kim and the other associate needs to be retrained on customer service, Alicia was amazing and I thanked her for ye help since the other two associates were rude but I will continue my business in the international Brandon and citrus park mall. This countryside location will never get my business again.

I have 3 Pandora bracelets and was surprised they were unable to clean them very well. The bracelets and charms are expensive and should not remain dull looking after cleaning.

The associate that served me went above and beyond to make sure my purchase price was correct. She scoured a book to find a correct code. She was quite thorough and helpful.
