There was a saleswoman picking the customers she wanted to help. She would size you up by your appearance and then ask if she could help you. The two she chose over me and my grandson did not buy any thing although they looked like they had money. The salesman (who was in training) knowledge us and began to help us and although my 11 year old grandson budget was only $35.00 as he was buy a Christmas gift for his sister that salesman made us feel like we were spending thousands of dollars. The saleswoman seen what was going on and came over and started being rude to all three of us but that salesman worked around and never paid attention to the rudeness of the saleswoman. If I went back to that location I would only shop with that gentleman. I do apologize but I did not get neither one of their names but I know them when I see them.

I was giving a bracelet as a gift and I was not able to get it fix no help,I only wanted it fixed.

I can't explain it. The associate that helped me was fine. But the associate that stepped in during the sale was a question mark in my opinion. overall I'm happy with my purchase, and most likely return to this store.

It would be great if pricing was visible or if items like rings were displayed by price category.

Friendly staff

The store did not have the charms I was looking for, this often happens when I go to this particular store. I did feel a little rushed on our purchase

I knew what I wanted and the sales person was helpful in helping me with my purchase.

The wait time wasn't too bad considering it was after the holiday. I felt like the young lady that helped me made me feel at ease & not rushed despite it only being 2 people to help us. She was friendly, courteous and wrapped up my gift for my daughter in law, marked them so I would know which one was her's.

Our sales associate wasn’t super friendly. So there was really no small talk. I saw which charm I wanted and bought it.
