The sales associate Cassandra was very helpful in choosing complementary charms .

I was greeted, almost immediately, by the associate who was helping another customer finish a transaction as I walked in. After I was greeted, she asked what I was interested in if it was a gift, etc. She was extremely kind, helpful and courteous. She was not pushy rather showed us everything that might interest us. I purchased a bangle and 3 charms and not only was the sizing perfect the birthday “lady” was really happy when she opened it. Thank You!

We came into the store and CC helped me as I was looking for a specific charm I had seen on an advertisement to memorialize a friend who recently passed. She knew exactly which one I was looking for and found another that also paired beautifully. Then she was able to hear me when I told her I needed a few more circle clips to extend my pearl/Me necklace and we got that done. While she helped me, her manager was helping my friend and then they worked as a team to help us get matching items. We wanted to pay on one card and make sure they each got credit for the sales. They made it a breeze. The store closed while we were there and they didn't rush us. I was very impressed with my experience and especially how well CC knew the products and made what can be overwhelming with all of those charms, very easy. Take care of your manager because she has a great staff member and that's hard to find synergy like that. They were bubbly and fun at the end of their shift.

The girls that work there are AMAZING!! I had the pleasure of having 3 different people to help me with what I needed and questions I had. I don’t remember all there names but the one that did help me the most was CC and she was great.

They were very friendly! I was in and out so fast, the process was super easy. Though there was a minor inconvenience on my end, they helped me solve it, and got me what I needed. 10/10 experience!

I called to see if the store had the Halloween charms I was looking for a birthday gift. She took my name and held them for me I purchased a chain and charm holder also. Very helpful and friendly staff
