I understand we’re in a pandemic, but the wait time to get in really stinks. There were four workers in the store, and 3 of them were helping people. I don’t remember what the fourth person was doing. But to help the people in line, they should offer everyone a Pandora book so we can look through it and see what we’d like to get while waiting to get in. That would speed up the process of looking at jewelry once we get in the store. Other than that, our experience was great!

What I had in mind when I came in to purchase, was a particular style of bracelet. After the associate pieced everything together, it became sorta pricey. Only to look around and see the same bracelet with a tad bit more as an affordable set. I think if the customer is trying to purchase something that's already put together nicely as a set, it should be mentioned, just in case that may help in decision making.

Had to wait outside for someone to get me when there was only one other couple in the store. Secondly, the selection was meager, although I found something. Finally, the bracelet charm I originally wanted was scratched and looked old and worn, so I made a substitution.

Store to small. Sales person did not accommodate with complete inventory. Store a bit warm.
