The manager told me about a prompt that would start the next day. I was a little disappointed that I could not receive the promotional gift after spending 250.00. Without coming back today spending another 100.00.

Didn’t have a wide spread of earrings in the display case. There was no music. Other than that I had a great experience.

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. However compared to other stores it lacks the space needed to showcase more items. Also I never see special deals like other stores.

Store is very small, makes it difficult to move around and see products when crowed. Staff busy so it took a minute to get service. Wanted a different charm to go with my purchase but it would have cost more to buy separate so had to get it as is to save money. If the items are the same why not be able to switch the tone of the charm?
