Understanding it is holiday season but because there was no system to assist first come customers I was waiting patiently but another person was assisted before me when I got there 10-13 minutes before.

I wish the bangle comes with a cloth bag to clean the item. On multiple websites, I've found many pretty bangles and charms that are retired, but I don't see anything special in the current selection. There are too many out of stock items on the Pandora website. Store is too busy. I gave up my first try because there was a line just to get into the store.

It was very crowded in a small store footprint. Also there seemed to be no order with which the employees were keeping track of who was next in line...

The store was amazing and the staff was friendly I was happy with my overall visit. I wish there was a bit more selection and sizing available in store. Also just a bit more educated for employees on sizing and selection they do cary in store right away. I looked online and found one in the size I like and at first was told only certain rings were available but upon searching online they checked inventory and found more.

I needed my bracelet cleaned. I was done promptly. Purchased a new chain, clerk transferred my old charms onto my new chain for me.

I was hoping to get a few rings in larger sizes but there were only a few available. Other than that Jeanne was very helpful and so friendly. I love this location as it is always so clean and everyone is helpful and seem so excited about the Pandora line that they are selling!!

I’d say the overall reasoning was the expectation of a more caring, friendly, kind, and smiling Sales associate.

I was satisfied! My sales person was super sweet! I wasn’t happy with the minimal selection. Choices online were not the same in store.

unable to see selection at one time. sales person took out one item at a time. this makes it hard to select. we had to look in a book and then ask to see it.

The sales person was rushing us and the selection on what I came for it was only one kind and one left.
