The sales associate was very knowledgeable and friendly. The manager was more interested in the dollar amount of my purchase than in my satisfaction with what I bought.

My sales person was great and the product is great... however it took me a while to get assistance 2 other sales people were helping 1 customer who wasn’t buying anything except having her jewelry cleaned and I was in a rush to get my purchase so it was annoying!!! On top of that while waiting, other people came into the store and because no one was tracking on the sales team whose turn that is, they were served first... I didn’t like that either...

The purchase experience was fine, BUT the purchased charm that was put on my bracelet by your sales associate fell off the bracelet in less than 24 hrs!!! I called the store and was told to call consumer affairs as this has never happened before! NOT HAPPY!!!

I bought charms that do not fit the bracelet that I have. The sales associate knew this & sold me the charms I wanted. She did not tell me I need a different bracelet for these charms. However I love the charms & purchased a bracelet elsewhere.

I went in to purchase items that were advertised in an after Christmas sale that I received in an email. I specifically wanted the floating heart locket necklace that was advertised as “up to 50% off” but when I went in the store, I was told it was not part of their store’s sale inventory. I told her it advertised was online, but she would not let me purchase it at the discount. I wanted it as a gift for my best friend so I bought it but had to pay full price! The store was full of people and after telling the sales clerk a few times that it was included I made my purchase and left.

Although it was 2 days from Christmas they were fast and helped everyone in a timely manor and she was very sweet and found something perfect for. Me and this was my first Pandora bracelet and I love it my. Beads added soon

just had to wait a while for service store busy. the book I look through while I waited didn't show many pearl rings. which I came to purchase.
