When I first walked in I walked around for 10 minutes before anyone even asked if I wanted help. I actually was about to leave. Someone sent a you g sales associate over with a few minutes. She was very very helpful. I purchased gifts for people in my office and am happy with the purchases.

Just a little disappointed that when I want to buy spacers or clips there are never 2 of them available. I have to either made a different purchase or do not buy what I want. Customers most likely purchase these in 2's so it would benefit the store to keep inventory in even numbers.

When I go to a Pandora store I expect to be able to see the item and pick from a tray. Rep kept showing me black and white pictures out of a booklet instead of the real item. I pretty much knew what I wanted as two of the 3 items I purchased are Christmas gifts. Not a good selection of sizes. I do credit the rep, upon a wee bit of insistence on my part, to search for one of the items I asked for and the rep did find it. I have never had good that great of an experience at a Pandora store - I find it better to go to a real jewelry store that also has Pandora items. In this case, future purchases of Pandora items, I will go to Jared's in the area. Not worth my time or energy to go to a mall Pandora store.

We had to wait for awhile because there was only one associate, who was helping another customer, but she didn’t acknowledge us or say that someone would be available to assist us. I was about ready to just leave when someone came out of a door, probably the back stockroom or something. Again, no apologies about our wait or anything.

Some of the charms I was looking for were not available. Leather bracelets in different colors not available. Mainly a lack of products that is available on website not available in store.

I bought 8 charms totaling over $500 and I was disappointed to see on the website two days later that a buy 2 get 1 free deal is available so I would've liked to have been told about it but I guess the store really needed the sale.

I was under the impression the $10 off survey was off $50.00 not $100.00 item. That was my disappointment and my mistake.

Since the store is smaller, with the Labor Day sale going on there was not a lot of space to move around and we had to wait a while before an associate could help us. The staff was very friendly and doing their best, it was just the timing of when I went into the store. Overall I was pleased with my experience.
