The sales representative that assisted me was not very cooperative and of any assistance

A previous sales associate that day had told me that the charm I wanted probably wasn't available but never checked. I then located the charm myself on display and Anna M. helped us with courtesy for the remainder of our visit. It was a retired charm and the last in the store and I purchased the floor sample at full price. I was also disappointed that a ring I wanted to purchase for my friend who was returning to England in 3 days was unavailable in her size. I located the ring the following day at Jared. During the visit to Jared, my friend and I purchased another $600 in Pandora jewelry. Jared's Pandora collection was far superior to my local Pandora store which surprised me.

I love Pandora jewelry. The sales person was matching her like not what I was telling her about what I like.

It is a small store and I might have came in during rush hour. It was hard to get the attention of an associate since they were already busy with other customers. I was satisfied since once I got the hold of someone, they were courteous and very knowledgeable. I was not highly satisfied since i had to wait a long time to get a hold of someone.

ELICIA was outstanding in helping me find my charms!! However there were only 2 sales associates available and I had to wait 25 minutes to get my items. There were also 2 people in the back that were not willing to come help customers as I was not the only one waiting to be helped. This was the first day of the Memorial Day Sale... one would think this store would be better prepared! Seriously if you see you have 5 people waiting come out from the back room and assist or schedule more employees on a promotional day!!!

My sales associate didn't too much seem interested in showing me a few clasp to keep the charm from moving around the bracelet that weren't on the higher end of prices which I would've really appreciated considering that I was shopping for my careless daughter along with getting more charms for my own bracelet.

Its ashamed that I spent a little over 400 bucks on my first visit and my forever Pandora ring looked tarnished and had to be cleaned with the cloth repeatedly. No one wants to pay full price for somewhat tarnishe jewelry. Countyside westfield mall also did not even have A CLASSIC HEARTS OF PANDORA IN THE STORE OF COURSE IT WAS PRICED AT 45 on display and shouldve been 40 $. Im thinking about taking my forever Pandora ring back. The shine collection is over priced. Pretty but overpriced.

The last 2 visits were fine, but last year a week before Christmas I was trying on rings and inadvertently slipped my 1 1/2 solitaire diamond off. On my return to the store in tears was put off by the salespeople. So I know someone had a new ring, but I couldn’t prove it. KARMA
