A bit slow service - needs more staff to serve

Your ipad-based credit card system went down, and it appears the assistance provided to the store associate by the call-in support center is woefully inadequate. It took 20 minutes to resolve, so my purchase could be completed.

Before coming to this location I went to Jared in Clearwater, Fl. on 60 south . It seems I was not allowed to touch items in the store . I was greeted with a smile and offered coffee or water , but totally felt as though my shopping there was interrupting their conversations. When I ask questions there responds was a take it or leave it type . I left that store gave the Pandora brand one last try , and that's when I came to store #0424 . Great service all around I told my clerk I would return in 15 minute to make my purchase , when I came back he was busy , but he stopped to let me know I will be waited soon after . It gave me more time to look for more items to purchase although its my first time. Thanks for the great customer service everyone!!!

The store is so tiny that it was hard to move around and the associate that we worked with didn't have much knowledge. She didn't smile much or offer any suggestions. Just stood there and waited on us to ask questions.

The sales associate did not seem to know the merchandise or prices. What's on sale and what's not on sale. She did not crack a smile once and was VERY unfriendly. I watched the other sales associates and they were not at all like the girl I got stuck with. Uncomfortable visit!!!

I purchased two full priced items on Monday 11/20. It was not shared with me that only TWO days later would there be a sale to receive a free item with the purchase of two full priced items. I was purchasing a gift for someone very special in my life and felt as a loyal costumer that I deserved to be granted this offer, however upon returning to the store, I was told that I was not able to exchange my items to receive this deal. I believe I should have been made aware of this prior to my original purchase and I would have happily waited TWO days to be apart of this offer and give a special gift to my family member or been allowed to return the items to repurchase and receive the special offer now being granted on 11/22.

Nothing really bad to say. This was my first visit. The store was clean and the saleswoman was friendly and very helpful.

I bought 2 rose gold charms less then 6 months ago. The color is gone on both of them & I was sold the wrong cleaning kit for rose gold charms. The store could not do anything for me & I had to purchase 2 new charms.

The sales associates were very knowledgeable, but not all were approachable. The associate who helped us was great. The ease of moving through the store to browse or be helped was not there.
