Seriously, I had to buy a present and I feel $70 for a charm is expensive. The sales person kept up selling me and I was a bit annoyed. I said I had a budget of $50 and she said that would not "buy me much". Whatever happened to affordable?

I was not greeted when I walked in the store. The associate Amanda was not very friendly and seemed irritated. I was satisfied with my purchase but not the customer service.

The sale associate was not knowledgeable of the products, and provided misinformation in order to avoid explaining further. When asked about the promotion at the store she said it had ended the prior day, come to find out it was still going on but she didn’t want to explain the details. When asked to clean my bracelet she said they weren’t doing that at her store.

The associate was not friendly, didn't seem knowledgeable and we felt very rushed!

Apparently sales person was not in the mood to work. Did not know about specials. Did not show interest in close the sale.

Just didn’t have items that I was looking for.

I didn't get the free bracelet with my 150 dollar purchase because the store ran out but only reason I had to go into the store was cause I had problems online but online still had free bracelets

Associate did not want too help me I will never return
