I went there looking for a ring. The selection was small and all the pretty rings only went to a 9,9 1/2 even to order online. But the “plain” rings sizes went bigger. I don’t think it’s great service to sell SOME rings in a larger size but not have it available in others, even online.

First, I have no idea why customers have to wait outside the store for the next associate to be available. I understand a pandemic is going on, but this had nothing to do with Covid. It felt that you didn't trust your customers to browse around and look at the merchandise. I have shopped at Classic Boutique in Dunedin for over 20 years and have always felt welcome and appreciated for my business with them. The sales associates were courteous and pleasant.

There was a 20 minute wait outside the store. I understand the store is small and safety protocols however maybe have someone to assist with pick ups.

The seller was not friendly at all, I went with an idea of what I wanted and she didn’t proposed suggestions. I was doubting between some different options and she never gave her advice (she was the Store Manager, I was expecting a better approach and a friendly service, which I didn’t get) At the beginning of the visit I said which bracelet I wanted and she said it wasn’t available in the size I needed, but once I said I wanted to buy it, she said she would look in the back store and came back with the size I needed. It made me feel like she was doubting I was capable of buying it, so she wouldn’t lose her time with me. I spent $200 and I hadn’t felt any appreciation.

All of the merchandise was put away, nothing to look at. There were charms in the cases in the center counter and that was it. The sales associate was not the friendliest I've had either.

The store was empty. Said they were doing inventory… they should have had the store closed there was nothing to look at cases were empty I had to look in the nasty book they gave me

I felt rushed by the sales girl the moment I walked in. She was talking while we waited for “permission “ to enter store. I just didn’t feel welcome that about sums it up. I purchased the flamingo charm, mentioned I liked the starfish also. I was told next time that would go nice with my charm holder. If she would have shown me the starfish with my bead and flamingo I have , 99.9% sure she would have had a sale.

Ehhh I’m not exactly dissatisfied I just feel like sale associates could be a little bit friendlier or genuinely nicer by asking if I wanted to wait to shop inside the store or just shop while in line. I would’ve chosen to just shop in line outside the store anyways, but I would’ve liked if I was given the option to choose. I understand that stores can get busy this time of year tho and with covid and everything going on.

the sales clerk made me feel like she was rushing us.She seemed mad that we didn't purchase more.We waited patiently while they took care of customers that came in after us. we stopped at Citrus Park mall first and the clerk was wonderful,she went out of her way to help us.
