Very long wait to get inside the store they only let 3 people inside at a time during holiday season so it a huge inconvenience when u are on a time limit to shop

Jack was very unprofessional and rude. He purposely dropped the merchandise I was considering purchasing. He took jokes too far and was just overall annoying and obnoxious. It really made me want to just walk away and shop online. I do not know if I will return, this was my first time shopping at Pandora as well.

The current sales promotion, in the email, did not state that it was only specific items for the promotion (likely those items that would be retired), or maybe it did in very, very small print. Just didn't feel like it was on the up and up.

They did not have the ring in the size I needed- was told they would call me when it came in - they did not! I was wrong about the saw dates - it ended a day sooner - they should have honored the sale price especially at the holiday season!

Being a senior citizen, at first, I was ignored as a customer. When Associate came to help she walked away in the middle of a sale. The store was very crowded and younger buyers were waited on first. Not satisfied with the service. Having been employed in retail sales for many years. If I treated customers as I was treated, I would have been terminated.

Had to wait an extremely long time to be helped. Many of the charms I was interested in weren't in stock. The sales associate would only take an item or two out at a time, which made it difficult to compare. Checkout was a nightmare because the register kept "freezing up". I was given a gift certificate from my daughter and was looking forward to purchasing my first Pandora bracelet and charms.....not sure if I'll be purchasing anything else in the future. I feel I can get similar products for less $ elsewhere.

1. I was disappointed with the fact that the actual charm I wanted did not compare to the image in the book (stones were quite blue in the photo but stones on charm looked colorless)! 2. The stores inventory seemed quite low. Quite a few charms were missing. So it was hard to find a substitute for the initial charm I went in to purchase. Thank you.

Felt rushed by the sales clerk... Store was very noisey since it's small and by the food court
