The sales lady was more than helpful and she was very personable. She did an excellent job. The problem came at check out when the iPad she was using froze mid sale. She called for help and was on hold for at least 20 mins if not more. Another salesperson had the same problem at the same time but eventually she figured out how to solve it. It appears that the company needs to add more people to their call center or maybe they have more overwhelming problems in their stores than they can handle. This by the way was my first visit and purchase at a Pandora store. Was a good first impression until checkout. Big frustration for me and the salesperson.

The store is cramped and not easy to move around. The sales associates feel like high pressure salesmen who are constantly trying to up-sell you. I don't like feeling like I'm on a used car lot.

I am normally a Tiffany's girl, but have always wanted a Pandora bracelet. When we saw one in the Clearwater Countryside Mall while on vacation, I was super excited. I was able to try on a few different bracelets and chose 3 charms. The sales associate put the charms on upside down and clasped incorrectly. I was in and out of the store within 10-15 minutes, no box for my bracelet or charms and no bag. The $300 experience was lack luster and disappointing, to say the least

The associate must get paid on commission. She kept telling me the items I wanted were sold out to only try to upsell me. Luckily another associate overheard her say that they were out of the specific items and corrected her giving me the items I asked for. It was deceptive and frustrating.

The sales rep didn’t care about concerns and was not friendly. Didn’t not receive free bracelet from the sale promo. Couldn’t place order online even though I have a Pandora card and would have received all things!

I was told snake necklace was 150.00. When I checked out it was 165. I was told the price went up last week. Would not honor what I was quoted

My account was deleted. I received no more emails from Pandora. It was unfortunate since I love the store and it deleted everything I had saved. No birthday voucher either.

Sales clerk didn't offer a box or bag to put my merchandise in a bag. She left me holding my items and just handed me a receipt and looked at as if I should leave now. I've been to Pandora before and usually they wrap your jewels nicely and put it in a bag w/ a brochure. I'm 100% sure I was profiled as soon as I waked in due to much very deep tan.

There was a sale on Pandora Moments Padlock & Heart Bracelet Gift Set for $125. She had the padlock charm but not the bracelet She called another store to see if they had the bracelet and they did. She then pressured me to buy the padlock at full price from her and said the other store would discount the bracelet. They didn’t. I wound up paying $25 more for the set than I should have. I wasn’t happy that she lied to me about this. I consider that dirty business practices.
