I I just I felt like she didn’t want to help like she was so busy like she didn’t have the time to help me so it made me feel a little bit uncomfortable I knew what I wanted when I came into the store and instead of her letting me see the item or whatever she just through the item on the glass and said this one. I said yes. And countryside store is close to me so I always go in Countryside store but I won’t go anymore I just didn’t like the experience that was the last time for me going in there I’ll just stay ordering online because though they’re not friendly at all and I had an issue with countryside store before.

The first exchange was super easy and fine. The second exchange became impossible because apparently Disney Pandora and Pandora systems don’t “communicate”. My wife let the associate off the hook by saying we could return it at a Disney park when the associate gave us wrong information that as long as it’s not worn we could return it, when in reality we have 30 days from purchase to exchange it which we won’t be able to do. Now she will be stuck with a duplicate charm.

The salesman seemed uninterested in helping me. Although he showed me a few pieces and the book of merchandise he wasn't helpful in finding anything. He was really short amd unfriendly with me.

Purchased a ring for myself around January 2019 and by June 2020 two stones had fallen out one at a time and ring was very dingy looking no matter how much I cleaned it .in this time I barely even wore the ring itself so I was very surprised in the poor quality .I am aware the stones are not real diamonds but the rings don’t seem to hold up well even over a few short months

sales lady push over my sales associate for her to make the sale since she was the sale associate "Linda Mink" who help me last time she and she was pushy with selling stuff that i didn't interested she only care to sale high price items when i was looking for other items when i asked for the offer that they where promoted and pointed to the display sign she just removed and took it away she also offer her to clean my bracelet and charms and give it to other sales lady to do it because she was so focused on up-selling stuff than make the Pandora experience she even make my friend uncomfortable that she left the store Linda Mink you ruined Pandora experience but the other Lady who originally was helping me was Grace thank you grace you offer me options and by the way the charm that i was looking for was available my friend founded and she told me so i left it because i was uncomfortable all ready with Linda

I had to wait a long time to get help. There were people that came in after me that were helped before me. The staff does not seem to pay attention to which guest is next. The associate that helped me was friendly but was not knowledgeable about product or procedures. I knew more about the products than she did! I was exchanging a charm I received for Christmas. It was purchased online and I had a gift receipt. I was told that because they are a franchise, they don't normally take back online purchases. The manager approved the exchange and I was told "I should just be happy they are willing to take it back because they don't normally do that". Really? Shouldn't Pandora feel "just be happy" about the thousands of dollars I have spent in their stores? I do not feel that my business is appreciated. I won't go back to this store.

Everything I asked for , was out of stock . The representative didn’t know the answers or price to most questions that I asked . I was trying to take advantage of the promotion but i was so annoyed by the disorganization of the store , not knowing what was in stock or not what items were on display .from what wasn’t . I ended up settling for items I really didn’t want and one of the prices ended up being 20.00 more than what they told me . I was in the store for over an hour . No I will not be returning

I walked in the store was not greeted. The sales associate that helped me was so rude. She really didn’t want to help me out. I almost didn’t buy anything.

Sales associate was in a hurry and getting completely frustrated with me. I spent over $800.00 and would have spent more, if not for the attitude of this one person. Put together my new bracelets, but now I have to visit another pandora store, because they are not right, need stoppers and spacers, but sales associate just wanted to be done with me, after paying didn't even give me gift bag or box, some one else had to get it for me. The manager seemed nice and helpful, but she was not helping me, the associate who had not much knowledge and no patience was. This created a bad experience and will not ever shop at this store again.
