The salesperson wasn't knowledgeable or friendly; did not do a good job of packaging the item purchased although he knew it was a gift. He did not put a catalogue in with the purchase so my recipient could choose another bracelet/charm if desired.

Refused to exchange my item even though I was not made aware when I bought the item that it could not be exchanged nor was I made aware of the quality of the item and how easily it would tarnish

I bought a ring that continually losses the gems. I was told I could only replace it once. This product is cheap, why don’t you stand behind your products and replace them if they fall apart so quickly. Or make a product that doesn’t fall apart. I have only owned it for a few months and this is the second one that the gems keep falling out. This is junk and I will never buy from you guys again, especially since you will not stand behind your product and replace them when they break or fall apart.

When I got to the store I knew exactly what I wanted. After waiting to be helped it felt like I was ignored and waited more than I usually have to for assistance. It felt like I had to go ask for help instead of the employees being proactive and trying to help on their own. Even when the employee wasn’t helping anyone it felt like they wanted me to go up to them instead. After trying on a ring that fit I had to ASK for a box. This was unusual for me because I would assume that after I tried on the ring they would ask if I’d like for the ring to be put away so that I can walk out with a box and bag from the store. It was a awkward shopping experience.

Online order was incorrect, went to replace it & Catelin could not accommodate a loyal customer

Rude sales associate

I went a little early to the store where young ladies were talking not one piece of merchandise was on the counters. We walked in not knowing what I wanted for my wife. Horrible experience will not go back to this store. After all the money I spent I would rather shop James Avery! My wife likes Star Wars and I thought it would be a nice change. Young ladies were not friendly and other ladies were complaining while standing in line outside the store. No merchandise was on any of the countertops, not one how r you're supposed to know what you want. The young lady asked what r you looking for? How do I know if I can't see anything! I will never go back to this store!

Nothing and I mean nothing was on the shelves you had to ask to see things. I didn’t specifically know what I was looking for and had to ask. The girl behind the counter had No idea!

I brought in my tarnished bracelet with 12 charms on it to be cleaned. Cassandra took my bracelet and was gone for about 3 minutes. When she came back and handed me the bracelet, it looked like nothing had been cleaned. It was still very tarnished I mentioned this to Cassandra and she said that "sometimes when the bracelets are older, they look like this. And the charms have some crevasses." So basically, she was saying that as the Pandora product ages, it loses its luster, and cannot be cleaned. I told her that I would take it home and work on it with a polishing cloth myself. She told me that I was "lucky that she cleaned it at all because they normally don't do that during the holidays". I also asked Cassandra to show me some charms related to the ocean and the beach. She only showed me two, and acted like those were the only ones available. Another sales associate said that there was a whole tray with beachy options. I ended up buying one of the two charms that Cassandra showed me. However, her customer service and flippant way of speaking to my husband and I was appalling. She was rude and treated us like a bother. I will NOT be back to shop at the Countryside Mall Pandora!!!
