Upon selecting a gift, I was over charged $10.00. The price shown was $45.00 and that was what expected to pay. Sales girl said oh they just went up. And I have to charge $55. Ruining my shopping experience and was a very very poor business practice.

I had to wait a good 5 minutes before being serviced. There was only one customer in front of me being taken cared of. After bout 5 minutes another clerk came out from the back, she quickly service me.

sale young lady was very sweet and nice but the Manager was very rude and nasty she could have pulled the sales woman to the side to tell her what she had to say

I did next day delivery i got my item a week after I ordered the item the item was said to be at a pickup point and it wasn't there I revisited the pickup point for the next 4 days and finally the item was delivered.

My teenage son and I went to this store to buy a bracelet and charms for his girlfriend for Valentines Day. I asked about the special, a bracelet and 3 charms for $175. I was told they had the special and that if we didn't see wat we wanted in the little section, if it was equal or less she would work it out. Well the leather wrap bracelet and one of the charms were less then the items in case. Yet come time to pay, it was $50 more. I asked why and she said cause you didn't ick from this case....ummm I know...you said he could pick else where as long as equal or less price. Nope. So now I have paid $50 more for cheaper items. She would not do anything about it. My gut told me to not buy any of it but my son who never shops spent over an hour picking items out that she agreed she would work in to the deal....I didn't want to let him down because he was happy. Well I'm not. I feel like like I was ripped off and lied too. I will not go back to that store after being treated that way.

Mira was EXTREMELY RUDE & CONDESCENDING with regards to our personal interaction! Mira repeatedly rushed me to make my charm selections even after I explained to her that I was making decisions for gifts for both my wife’s anniversary and Christmas, as well as my daughter’s 18th birthday and Christmas. Mira then sighed audibly and the histrionics began. Mira displeasure with offering me service was so obvious that it prompted me to inquire if she was a new associate or at the end of her shift, Mira denied both inquiries. I then asked Mira about other charm options to compliment both different styles of my wife’s, and daughter’s bracelets. Mira then began to become even more visible impatient with my request. Mira at one point declined to attempt to locate a charm in inventory that I was extremely interested in purchasing stating that it was sold out although the store inventory stated that there were (4) of the charms on hand in the Countryside location. I reiterated my request to Mira to locate the charm on my behalf, Mira then rolled her eyes and turned her body sideways insisting the charm was sold out refusing to look for it in inventory until Kalyn directed her to do so!

I was first disillusioned about the quality of the bracelet being told in a catalog that they were in fact diamonds I then had 2 of the bracelets break I was told I could never return the 3rd if that broke the selection of replacements for that particular style was no longer available I was not offered to have the company send me another one I had to pick something I didn’t want or PAY for something at a higher price the store was severely overcrowded I heard no music I had to wait way to long and I saw not one associate using sanitation or wiping down anything between guests it all seemed very unprofessional and pushy with sales I was not a fan of Pandora before received this bracelet from my company for an award of service and I am even more not a fan I think they need to be transparent in their description of merchandise especially in dealing with a company as large as Publix and I will not recommended Pandora to the thousands of influential guests I come across in my salon. I hope this review helps your company to train your associates better in these trying times to not let that many people in clean in between guests and be much more personal in their approach
