Purchased a new bracelet and charm. By the time I got home the charm had fallen off 3 times and is now broken. Bracelet very difficult for one person to remove.

The charms I was looking for not in stock 50 percent off. Than I come to find out by the associate that they had a shipment. But wouldn't check to see if they received the stock. Had to pay more than I batgain for. Or got charms that I really don't like. I would've spend more if you had the stock out. Some of those ladies don't even acknowledge certain customer.

Waited in a line outside the store for over an hour. My disabled son could not purchase the gift he wanted for his mother, because the store sold out of the items.

The sales person had the sample piece in her hand and also the pieces that was on the card that goes into the little square gift box. Than she put her hand in a box under the counter and when she gave me my bag I asked her if she gave me the item on the card that goes in the box, she said yes. When I got home the item was in a little blue tissue paper and a strange box. I have already contacted your main office.

The sales girl was by far the rudest employee I have experienced in this store. She basically told me I was wrong and did not care about my concerns. She made me feel like I was bothering her and wasting her time. I was so irked I wanted to return everything I have purchased in the last 30 days and never walk back into the store. Lucky for me there is another location close enough for me to travel to.

The sales associate was rude when I asked for an exchange of the bracelet I got for Christmas that was too small. I was also looking into buying spacers and clips and was told I should just come back next month after she didn't even look for what I asked for. She was rude and wouldn't help me.

The sales associate never smiled ,I asked her how she was doing .She never asked me back. She seemed annoyed with my question. she directed me to the front register where another associate finished checking me out. She was a not very friendly as well never smiled but better than the other girl. I have shopped at particular store multiple times . Again could not find me in the system, which I don't care , just wanted to make a purchase. When leaving the store, the first assoc. was hanging up front talking to a friend with another assoc. both did not say good bye or thank you. I have worked in retail for many years . The store was not very busy at the time I was there. Customer service lacking at store. This is the 2nd time I have been at this store and been treated badly . I don't think I will be returning.

The sale associate was very rude. She seemed as though I was a bother and did not want to be helping me. Any time I asked a question, she kind of huffed and seemed annoyed. She seemed bothers to even be there, let alone helping someone. The other associates were very nice and helpful when she was unable to answer any questions.
