During my visit I experienced a medical emergency, my salesperson Kalyn H no 193055 notice I was no well call for a chair and medical assistant. This could have taken a turn for the worst , due to her quick action I was taken to the hospital and received medical attention. Kalyn should be commended for her quick response and caring attitude. Much thanks Kalyn, I am an extremely happy customer.

I think her name was crystal but she did an amazing job. I was looking for so many things and she was patient with me the entire time and made me laugh which made me feel better about taking up her time. Amazing customer service!!! Can’t wait to see her again.

Friendly sales representative, she was very nice and helpful. She showed me my options and suggested what I should do.

The associate was very helpful and listened to my needs. She also worked with my uncertain item request. We were in and out very quickly, which we needed because we were on our way to my grandmother's 80th party and picking up her gift.

I was able to get to the store before a big line formed, so I had the sales associate’s full attention. She was very nice and helpful and showed me all of the charms I wanted to see. I was a little bummed I couldn’t get my bracelet cleaned, because it was Black Friday Sale Weekend, but I was the only person in the store. (Last time I went in they wouldn’t clean it because of COVID…..how does that make sense?). But I am happy with my purchase!
