My wife placed an online order for pick up, but also purchased a gift to be delivered out of state, and part of her pick up order accidentally got mailed with the gift BUT Pandora came to the rescue and fixed their mistake quickly! I went online to choose the items I needed and went to the store with a list which I gave to the sales associate. She gathered the items and I asked her if she could install the items in the bracelet I brought. She was very happy to do that for me and made sure everything was where I wanted and even provided some suggestions. Very nice and efficient young lady.
