The customer service representative was friendly and very knowledgeable and the product. The store was clean and very organized. I was in a rush and the customer service representative took care of me in a timely manner.

The rep, Brittany also a total Harry Potter nerd like me (also same name/spelling). She was polite, friendly, suggestions...almost like a friend LOL. Loved her!

Ginger the sales associate was amazing, she is so humble and gracefully. She has forever left a lasting impression on my heart. My daughter made an online purchase for my birthday/mother's day gift, I was already feeling out of place. I'm just getting off work I'm in my uniform looking like I just walked out of a mechanic shop. I apologized for my appearance. Ginger showed admiration for a hard working woman. The original bracelet that was ordered was too small, she was able to find another one for me. Ginger " paid it forward " the difference of the upgrade. I left the store in tears.
