I’ve always loved Pandora! Last visit I asked about certain charms and got shown one or two individual charms. Not a pallet she picked one out and put it on the counter... love my options. Spending hundreds of dollars here lady. Other then that I love pandora and the jewelry they offer!

Kayln is a fantastic personal shopper for me. She emailed me to let me know when she sees an item that I will be interested in. I was so excited to get the entire new Alice in Wonderland set. She also encouraged me to apply for the Pandora card to maximize savings and to have special perks.

The lady that help me pick out my charms was very nice and polite.her name was Cristal in countryside mall.very nice store

She knew what a 16 yr old would enjoy. Helped with selection. Made some good suggestions

Store agent Amy was amazing. She explained everything very well and extremely knowledgeable about products. The item we were exchanging was not in stock, however Amy drove to the other location on her own time....after she was off. She then let us know she had returned and could come to pick it up. She had informed the other reps of the return and it was able to be completed promptly. In short give this girl a raise...she single handedly made me want to return to buy more items!

Amy is the best I always go to her for all my needs and bring out the moments I want to be expressed on my items.
