The sales associate was courteous, and eager to help me exchange my online purchase, that was a Christmas gift for my daughter, that was too small. She was able to find me the correct size and it was an even exchange. She even cleaned the charms for me that were placed on the bracelet that i exchanged. She was very kind and understanding.

This was my first purchase of a Pandora product. The Associate was extremely helpful, and knowledgeable. The store had a lovely atmosphere to it. I felt my time and needs were given the up most care. I Will return again soon. I loved my purchase and loved my experience.
