The staff was welcoming and knowledgeable. The associate patiently explained options and how each item works. I felt respected, which isn't always the case when you're a senior citizen.

Amy was extremely helpful and informative. I work in retail, so I could tell she was doing exactly what was asked of her by informing me about the credit card, availability of products, and she even showed me the QR code for the catalog. While she was giving me this info, she did not come across as pushy at all which I appreciated. She was genuine and it was a very natural interaction. I didn’t feel like she was pushing me to buy. She made my experience great!

Was greeted and helped with picking out a gift for my mother and a ring for myself. The lady was so nice and patient with me. I also had to come back since the Pandora bracelet broke the following week and was worried couldn’t be exchanged and I was so pleased with the associates helping me out. Was a quick easy exchange.
