The staff was ready to help as soon as I walked in the door. Everyone was friendly and very knowledgeable of the product. Treated like family and not as a customer. The ease of shopping at pandora is always a welcomed change!

The employee were amazing and helped me find what I was looking for my moms Christmas and ideas for others Christmas for my next visit. I’ve always love pandora they have amazing service & deals !!

The sales Associate was very nice and polite. She was also very helpful knowledgeable of the merchandise. I love the fact that she very friendly and acknowledged me as a person/human being.

The sales associate, Amy, was very knowledgeable about the product and gave me information that I did not know before. The product options can be overwhelming but she helped me navigate through all the choices.

I met with Linda at the countryside mall pandora location and she was very nice and helpful! She cleaned the counter off before pulling out the Star Wars products I was Interested in purchasing for my sister. She let me take my time in deciding and showed me the added features to the charms, like how BB8’s head swivels and how the child (baby yoda) has his little feet showing at the bottom!

Aside from loving Pandora products, our experience at the store was wonderful! Our experience was amazing in big part because of May B. (199454). She was incredibly helpful, courteous and patient. She navigated us through several products until we found what we were looking for. In a time where the art of customer service is lacking, May's customer service was outstanding!!! Thank you May!!!

I was greeted my two agents that were extremely cheerful. Martina A was absolutely amazing. She was very knowledgeable and patient with all of my questions I had and went out of her way to be sure that I had a wonderful experience.
