I arrived and was greeted with a professional employee. I had a ring loose it’s stone. She help find the receipt, found a replacement and I was on my way.

I called the store to reserve two bracelets which the sales associate did. When I entered the store they were already waiting for me.

Lucas was our sales associate and he was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Lucas knew the inventory and recommended the appropriate items according to my wants and needs. I will always ask for him!
