The sales associate was energetic, pleasant, and knowledgeable. She treated us as if we were the only people in the store, we weren’t. She treated my niece as a valued customer.

My sales associate, Linda, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about Pandora products! She was so personable and spent time with me finding the right Disney charms that I was seeking for my second Pandora bracelet, which I also bought at the same time. In a busy store, Linda never stopped smiling and being pleasant while trying to make sure that I was satisfied with my choices.

The sales lady knew alot about the products. She took out everything to show and I actually could touch it. Not having to look through the show case. She was very pleasant and I thanked her for her help. She also thanked me for coming in to see her.

The reason why I was highly satisfied with Pandora was because everyone that was working was so friendly and had a lot of patients while I looked to buy my daughters birthday present and the store overall was very well lighted and just beautiful.
