I recently visited the Pandora store at Westfield Mall in Countryside for the first time and I was greeted instantly by a gentleman named Lucas. He was very professional and offered his assistance with helping me find specific pieces to put on a bracelet I received as a gift. I didn't know to much about what charms I would use to make the bracelet look nice..Lucas was very patient with me and listened to what I had to say first, then he explained which charms would work best to create the look I was trying to achieve. Lucas helped me create a Beautiful bracelet. He also helped me find a Beautiful neclace. I would highly recommend shopping here. Great customer service, great experience, and great jewelry!
