This was my very first time in the store. I exchanged a bracelet that my daughter bought me for Christmas. I needed a bigger size. Everyone was nice and knowledgeable and went smooth.

When I walked in everyone was very friendly, said hello. The girl that help me was very knowledgeable and informative on everything. She even took her time to show me different ways I can make my new bracelet I was getting for myself as a gift of baby charms of becoming a new mother. She took her time. Overall an amazing first experience in store. Will highly come back.
