Luke waited on me he was amazing and I was in and out with what I wanted very quickly and never felt rushed even though the store was extremely busy great job and ginger the manager is such a sweet lady

I had purchased 2 charms for my wife for Christmas. After putting them on her bracelet one kept getting screwed on the end near the clasp and it wouldn't move. The sales associate recommended a safety chain. This did the trick and solved the issue. The associate also took the time to clean my wife's bracelet and provided a cleaning kit for purchase even though online it said the store was out of stock.

Although it was packed because of the holidays I was greeted well and quickly attended. They were all so nice and cheerful and the lady I got was great she knew just what I wanted and helped me pick out the size I needed
