It is a unique product that I like.

I have been a customer here since 2013 when I received my first bracelet on Mother’s Day. Since then I visit at least twice a week. The entire staff knows me by name they know my style and what I like. Mrs. Ginger always put me as priority even when another sales rep help me I love this location in countryside mall

The sales associate (Marina G.) was spectacular. She was courteous, friendly and went above and beyond to help me locate the charms I was looking to purchase. Even though the charms I was looking to purchase were out of stock, Marina still assisted me with a beautiful smile suggested other alternatives. It is because of Marina's customer service that I will continue to shop at the Countryside Mall location of Pandora. Thank you Marina!!!

Sales associate was extremely kind and knew what my mom and I were looking for. She provided a lot of charms to look at without it being overwhelming.
