Your sales associate, Nataly, could not have been more friendly nor more helpful during my visit. She not only helped me replace my daughter's bracelet, she discovered that my daughter was also a huge Harry Potter fan and showed us the coolest Hogwarts Express charm. Obviously we had to have it. =) We will definitely be going back to that Pandora store to Nataly.
