I recently visitied the Pandora store in the Countryside mall, and was very pleased with my visiti. I was helped by the store manager and she was wonderful. I am so pleased with the service and will absolutely go to this store again

Upon entering the store, we were greeted warmly, without any sales pressure. Sales assistents offered help, but allowed us to browse the store until we were ready to ask questions. The product was brought out promptly, displayed beautifully and questions were thoroughly answered without hesitation! The staff was very friendly and the kind, respectful report they had with each other was refreshing. We enjoyed making this purchase and will return in a few months for another!

Lizzy was great! My husband and I were in the store to purchase a bracelet and charms for his mother's 70th birthday. I mentioned a few charms I saw online. She knew which ones I was talking about and showed them to me.
