I went in looking for something for my motherinlaw and the girl helped me with ease. We found exactly what we were looking for. I hope my mom loves them!

Linda, sales lady, went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied with my purchase. She provided the background and history of Pandora that was very interesting.

My daughter and I stopped by the store to have our Pandora rings and bracelet cleaned. One of the rings, my Forever band, was missing two stones, which I already knew. The ring was actually the second ring - I received it for my birthday in March 2018 and exchanged it once already for missing stones. The manager noticed the missing stones and asked when I purchased it. I admitted that I had already exchanged it once and that frankly it was such an exhausting ordeal to do so that I decided not to exchange it again. The manager was extremely apologetic about my prior experience and promptly assisted me in making another exchange. As it turned out, Frankie, the manager that took charge and helped me with the first exchange, was in the store. I thanked her for her prior assistance and, in the end, walked out of the store with clean rings and a replacement Forever band. The team working in this store that day restored my faith in Pandora. They have clearly made a tremendous effort to improve the customer service in the store. At one time I vowed not to purchase any other Pandora jewelry, but now I know I'll definitely be back!

Very professional, knowledgeable, friendly store

sales clerk Yusbeht was very helpful and knew the merchandise very well. she as well as other associates in the store had on various pandora items and I thought that was really nice because a lot of times everything is not in the lookbook and you cant see in display cases easily when there are others shopping in store. I also loved the set up in the store of all of the Disney merchandise in pretty clear display boxes. it did peak my interest in those items for a future shopping trip.

Staff was awesome. Took my pandora bracelet yo have it cleaned.
