I was very satisfied with the customer service. The selection leaves a lot to be desired. No College charms in store as well as any charms made for pandora bracelets that you can place a picture into. Settled on something else. Your selection needs to be expanded.

Sandy was very pleasant from the moment we stepped in the store. I was looking for a certain piece. Not only did she know it was in stock. But all the matching set pieces too. I sined up for a credit card. Than my Mom who was shopping with me did too. Sandy was not only full of knowledge she was creative with her suggestions. She is the main reason we will continue to shop at Clearwater Pandora. We look forward to building our collections with Pandora. I will and do recommend this location to anyone who wants to know what Pandora is about.

Love the selection. The staff was great, cheerful and helpful. My only complaint would be the store is small, so to go in and look at charms is difficult.

Visited the countryside Westfield mall location in search for the pandora Disney collection. The store didn't have a big selection but they went above and beyond for me in search for what I was looking for. Sales rep Ginger was very helpful and polite as well the other associates. Very pleased with my first time visit.

The associate was very knowledgeable of the products I was looking for. He was extremely helpful and very nice.

The sales associate was sweet... reminded me of my grandmother
