I knew what I was looking for before going to store. Associate was kind enough to arrange bead on my bracelet. Very efficient process and happy!!

The sales associate was knowledgeable and kind. He was very helpful and showed me all of the rings in my size when I couldn’t find it in the catalog. He was personable as well.

There was a line outside the door to get in the store. The associates handled the order of the customers with precision. No chaios or unhappy shoppers. Very professional and most of all very friendly.

I went to to store because I tried to place a order online but the system crashed so I wasn't able to complete my order so I ended went to the store and CC at the Pandora at Countryside was so helpful I explained the situation and she help me to get and honored the deal wasn't able to get online. She was patient and really nice She was Awesome and excellent customer service. I give her at 10
