Tasnim was such a sweet and knowledgeable sales associate, she was very patient with me and helped me look for the right charm and necklace! She took her time showing me each individual item and even recommended me a lot of different items as well. I love this Pandora, the ladies are all very friendly and patient. Thank you pandora for always leaving me very happy.

The sales clark was every knowledgeable. Was very patient and pleasant . I would recommend the pandora at countryside mall.

The associate was helpful and kind. She offered lollipops to my children to help them calm down. I was given options on what to buy and there was no pressure from the associate.

Found exactly what I was looking for, and was given excellent service. She wrapped my gift, even though it wasnt very expensive, and wasnt pushy about getting me to spend more than I had intended, but was excited to tell me about new products. Very good experience over all.

The people were so nice that work there and when I couldn't decide between three of the Rings the store manager was wonderful she knew exactly what I needed and what I wanted on my age and she just was I cannot say enough good things about that store manager that was there that night and then to employees were also great but they were just wonderful. I believe her name was Kylie and she was just I mean she knew exactly after I started talking to her exactly what I needed it was great and I ended up buying all three rings because of it.
