The Sales associate was very knowledgeable of the product and helped me to achieve what I wanted, while getting the best price for what was purchased.

I don’t have any experience w Pandora jewelry and needed a fix for a sliding bracelet charm. The associate showed me her own clips, taught me how the worked, showed me how to troubleshoot issues I might encounter, and let me take my time picking and trying on different clips w my bracelet. Walked out with a better fitting bracelet. Thank you

The sales person was very helpful in my exchange of a charm that had gotten stuck in the open position...it was a family tree. I was concerned I would get some pushback on trying to make the exchange but I did not. She was very helpful & in fact because of her helpfulness I decided to make a purchase that I had not intended to when I first came to the store.

Customer service is always awesome. If they do not have the charm you are looking for, they will locate it from another store and have it transferred. There are always a variety of choices.

The associate was very helpful and even made sure my bracelet was resting so it was more centered. And brought out the couple of discontinued pieces to see if we wanted any. Which we did.
