George was super helpful found exactly what i wanted to purchase great personality amazing over all customer service from him

We went in with my granddaughter and Kylie knew just what to help her pick out . She was very helpful and very pleasant . this was my granddaughters first pandora braclet and charm .

I love pandora rings and a little stone came out of my ring which wasn’t a big deal but I came in seeing what they could do and I was able to get a brand new one which was awesome! And I had bought the ring from another store and they said you typically need to go to the store you bought it to make an exchange but that would be over an hour drive for me and it was a super quick exchange and now I have a new sparkly ring again :)

Did not have to wait for sales associate. She chose for me exactly what I said I was looking for. She was pleasant and offered additional items to me.

I went in with a question about how to clean my bracelet. I was told how to clean it but then the sales person actually cleaned it for me! That was a total surprise and very appreciated

I am a regular at the Westfield Countryside Mall Store and I have George take care of me every time. Ic he weren't there...I'd probably not spend as much as i do. He is an amazing sales associate. A complete asset to your store.

The sales associate was suuper friendly and helpful, I could tell she was probably new because she was a little nervous, but she is honestly the best out of all the pandora stores ive been to. I was looking for a specific item but unfortunately it wasn’t in stock. She showed me other options and I left happy! I wish I could remember her name, cause she deserves a raise.

George was wonderful! He spent time with me and helped advise and provide me with the perfect solution to complete my bracelet.
