I wanted to add to 3 bracelets and get black leather necklace repaired or replaced. The manager attempted to find replacement in other stores. I had fun working w/ asst mgr and sales associate adding to the 3 bracelets and picking out the free rings..I really enjoyed myself.

My sales associate, Kate, was very knowledgeable and encouraging. Her ability to make suggestions on my purchase highly influenced my selections. Will deal with Kate specially on every visit, if necessary will make exclusive appointment.
