I like the location of the outlet, the sales person was very knowledgeable in what I was looking for, she was very friendly and helpful in all of my request.

The associates were very nice. They tried very hard to make my experience in the store great. They surely did succeeded!

I was onformed from one of the representatives of the WTC store about Central Valley store. Some merchandise no longer available at the PANDORA store I frequently purchase from were at this Outlet store.

I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE SRVICE WAS THERE WITH MY MOM WANTED TO SURPRISE HER WITH A BRACELTE THE SALES ASSOCIATE MADE IT IN A WAY WHERE ALL I HAD TO DO WAS TELL HER ONCE AND EVERYTHING WAS READY WENT BACK 2 MINUTES LATER SHE PROCESSED THE TRANSACTION WITHIN MINUTES AND OUT I WAS WITHOUT MY MOM SUSPECTING A THING VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER I WAS.

Associate was very helpful because I've never bought a charm before and I didn't know where to start. She gave great suggestions and was very knowledgeable. I will come back for sure.
