The associate who helped me was very sweet and extremely helpful. Previously, I tried to exchange a ring that was given as a gift because it was two sizes too small. I was willing to do an exact exchange, or even take a merchandise credit for whatever value (no matter how low) and it it towards purchasing a different product. Originally, I went to a mall, and the employee wouldn’t even look at the ring or help me because I didn’t have a receipt. He simply told me to go to another pandora store to figure it out. I went to the outlet and couldn’t have been happier with the service. This employee looked up the receipt through customer information and did the exchange with ease. I even bought a second ring because she was so helpful!

We love the person who helped us. There was one more sales associated there on that day. She was ok, she was not really friendly. We worked with her for few minutes while our main associate had to take care of something else. To be clear, the one who was helping us the entire time - was great.
