My salesperson was Kate L. She assisted me in my purchase of a single piece of 14k charm. She was so pleasant and helpful. She made several excellent suggestions on ways to improve the look of my bracelet. I ended up purchasing 4 charms, and love the look of my bracelet more than I ever did! She cleaned the entire bracelet for me, and helped arrange the charms in a way to optimize the sparkle and appearance. Was the most helpful associate I have ever worked with. Will return to this store again, specifically to deal with her. Kate is a great company asset.
