The overall layout of the store was very pretty and inviting. The representatives all greeted us right away. The representative who helped us was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and friendly. She helped us look at all the charms in the store and answered all of our questions. She never got upset with us for asking to see something twice. It was a great experience.
