The store associate and the store manager where very friendly and helpful during my return process. Originally I purchased a ring, but it was the wrong size. When I returned the ring size that I was looking for unavailable. This is when my experience at this store became a great, instead of dreadful. I was shown many options, I was asked questions that helped to make a more accurate selection of size and personality. The store manager even offered to speak with recipient of my gift over the phone. Overall, I beautiful experience. If I want to purchase something from Pandora, this is the store I want to purchase it from.
