I was purchasing a ring as a gift. The sales associate was able to find the ring, including the exact size that I needed.

The selection is always good. We had a problem with the mobile point of sale and the registers were not operational.

Kate was the sales associate and she is just a doll so nice and she remember a ring I wanted and held it on hold for me. And I was so happy it was still there. She is a value employee.

The rep was very knowledgeable and quick on helping me choose.

The sales clerk katie was very helpful and patient. She made sure my daughter was happy and helped her select an exchange for a ring she didn't like.

Kate, the person who provided customer service was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant. This was a great experience. I enjoy the visit at Woodbury Commons and will recommend it to friends. However, at the Pandora store located at Garden State Plaza was unpleasant and was not readily helpful. Customer service makes a enormous difference. Will never return to Garden State Plaza due to manager Maria.

I purchase from this store a few times a year. The sales people are always friendly, very knowledgeable, and help me get the best prices. They are so awesome that they are a big part of the reason why I shop this location. The quality and selection of the merchandise it excellent as well as the price.

I visited the outlet store, i was directed into the store after one of the sales took my name at the door. I was browsing around the store and waiting for my name to be called by a sales associate is avaliable ; It wasn't a long wait. I was in and out of the store in 15-20 mins. The overall experience was excellent, the sales were friendly and knowledgeable. I would go back to this outlet store in the future.
