I had an amazing experience with the sales rep! Everything was perfect until the end. I noticed the engraving was done upside down on one side. When I brought it to her attention, she kind of blamed the machine and said there was nothing she could do. When in fact if she had placed the charm in the right direction, one side of my charm wouldn’t be upside down. So I’m a little sad because other than that the experience was phenomenal. I wish I could bring my charm into pandora and have it fixed…

They are helpful. They also have a lot of items to pick from. I’m always happy walking out

The representative was friendly and patience in showing me different bracelets. Also I was able to communicate with her in Spanish.

The product I wanted only available in one size. I think when you are making a product for one size only you should make them with stretchable product.

There was a charm previously purchased at another location, a stone fell out and was unable to replace. I was told something about it being purchased at a Independent store??

I was satisfied, but I‘m not gone visit this store again because I‘m not living near by. I‘ll definitely visit other Pandora Stores though!

Love the design and variety of the product It is expensive but worth it

Recommend allowing customers (men) to return the bracket even if it is a discontinued piece. I should have been able to exchange for the correct size when you are buying a gift . It’s not like I was looking for a refund, just the correct size for my wife. I spent over $900.00 in charms alone and was not sure of her bracket size.

Merchandise was limited but that was expected at an outlet. Store was very small but otherwise it was ok.
