Went on a crowded day

I was satisfied.

I was not highly satisfied because the place was extremely crowded at the time, but overall my experience was great

it was somehow smelling in shop

There was not much of a selection. We didn’t find what we were looking for but did indeed make a purchase.

Yashell the sales associate who assisted me was FANTASTIC! However, when I came in the store she was standing w/ a team lead who had a bin of Pandora Gold & was restocking a gold tray. Team lead greeted me & asked what I needed. I replied I wanted to see Gold items (I always buy Pandora gold). She nodded to Yashell & then rushed the bin of charms to the back. As I was browsing I asked if she had any other styles. The lead said "No". She left to help others but kept popping back over to observe. She said to Yashel, "I may have some other sizes" left & returned. When I inquired re: smaller rings. She said "No". I said "but you just said you did." She checked & did have others. I told her I'd take 2 of the rings. She said she only had1. I said "you just showed me another she corrected herself." I felt as if she thought I was there to steal. All Black people don't steal. I've bought a lot of Pandora gold over the years & my experiences with the team lead that day was HORRENDOUS. I'd have preferred if she spent her energy detailing that if I spent $22 more, I'd receive the a rose gold plated bracelet Yashell was wonderful & compensated for the Team leads rude & judgemental disposition.

They didn’t many options

The prices of my purchase was on the high side. I thought I would've gotten a more reasonable price. Instead my pieces were full price.
