Although I came in to see retired items, I did not see as much as I would have thought and liked to see. Which is totally fine because there is nothing anyone could do about that!! I'm sure those items go quick. Eric was so helpful and nice about showing me things and taking trays out. Whenever I asked him to show me something he did it without hesitation and seemed more than happy to help me!

I wanted a charm that said SISTER. It was a give from my 3 sons to my one daughter. When I was in the store the associate told me the charm said sister. (I could not confirm 100% because I did not have my glasses but I trusted what she said) When my daughter opened it today the charm says SISTERS… not what we wanted because I only have one daughter. Not going back to the store to rerun because it’s out of my way. So for that reason I’m not satisfied with the associate.

Hello. It wasn’t the salesperson’s fault. I purchased a bracelet kit on Friday, December 17,2021 and unfortunately it didn’t make it home with me. I’m not sure if I left it in the store but when I called on Saturday I rec’d the automated system. I’ll call back on Monday morning (12/20/21).

I was satisfied, I feel that was enough…bracelet sizing need to be more broad..
